Amanda Elmasian, M.S., CCC-SLP

Meet Amanda, our amazing pediatric speech therapist! With a playful attitude and a caring heart, she helps kids find their voices and reach their potential. Amanda is a certified speech-language pathologist who received her Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Florida State University and her Masters in Speech Language Pathology from Nova Southeastern University. She possesses the esteemed Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), reflecting her dedication to the highest standards of practice. Amanda has experience working in private practice, inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation settings, as well as working with newborn, pediatric, and adult populations.

Through colorful games and engaging activities, Amanda creates a supportive space where every child can shine. With extensive training in the Orton-Gillingham (OG) Approach for reading and writing, she loves to support both oral and printed language, helping children gain confidence with literacy skills that translate across processing, reading, writing, and spelling. Amanda is also a Natural Language Acquisition (NLA) trained clinician and has completed higher-level education on the NLA framework and gestalt language processing.

In her free time, Amanda loves spending time in Islamorada, boating with her husband and friends, watching all things Bravo, and working on home improvement projects.

Dr. Jillian Estes, OTD, OTR/L

co-owner & occupational therapist

Meet Jillian, our incredible pediatric occupational therapist with a heart full of joy and a toolbox full of creativity! Jillian is a licensed, board-certified occupational therapist who earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Northwestern College and her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from the University of South Dakota. Her diverse professional experience includes inpatient, outpatient, school, and early intervention practice settings. Throughout her career, she has focused on pediatric therapy, working with children who have a range of diagnoses such as autism spectrum disorder, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder, sensory processing disorder, fine and gross motor delays, Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, feeding difficulties, handwriting challenges, and more.

Jillian has completed advanced training and attended numerous continuing education courses focusing on autism, sensory integration, emotional regulation, and feeding/nutrition interventions. She uses a variety of treatment methods and has experience providing therapeutic programs such as Handwriting Without Tears, AEIOU Integrated Approach to Pediatric Feeding, SOS Approach to Feeding, Zones of Regulation, and the ALERT Program.

In her spare time, you can find Jillian sipping iced lattes from Starbucks, binge-watching the latest Netflix shows, completing puzzles, and playing pickleball!
